A SEAT AT THE TABLE is a comprehensive learning program that blends (1) pre-recorded video course modules on influence, persuasion, and presence skills; (2) downloadable infographics, guides, and checklists; and (3) personalized coaching to help you apply those skills.

The program is carefully designed to easily integrate into your busy schedule and start delivering immediate value. The major phases include:

PERSONAL ASSESSMENT

• After collecting some background on you, your instructor will have a one-on-one session with you to review your strengths, opportunities, and objectives for the program.

VIDEO LESSONS and GROUP COACHING

Over a 10-week period, you will alternate between a weekly module of 5 videos and then a live group coaching session in the following week.

• Videos are short (generally 15 minutes or less), pre-recorded, and available for you to take at any time. They will also include extensive downloadable materials.
• Group coaching sessions with the instructor will be live and interactive, but also recorded for subsequent viewing.

CONTINUING COACHING SUPPORT

• In the four months following active course work and coaching, you will receive 3 hours of group coaching and 1 hour of one-on-one coaching. This will support you as you apply your new learning and skills to real-time issues in your workplace. You will also have the option of buying an additional package of one-on-one coaching sessions at a greatly reduced price.

Your instructor and coach is Kathy Dockry, who has an accomplished prior record both as a trial attorney, a CHRO and General Counsel, and ultimately the North American CEO of a well-known multinational. A Seat At The Table starts March 21, 2022. We deliberately limit the number of participants to ensure a supportive and customized experience, and eligible participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.  The fee for the program is $12,000, invoiced in two installments (before the program start and in May).
